Returns and Policy

Thanks for shopping at My Business. We appreciate that you love to buy what we do. We also want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience when discovering, evaluating and purchasing our products and services.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions in Buy My Business. We'll be as brief as our lawyers will allow. The most important thing to remember is that by placing an order or purchasing on My Purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms along with the Policy.

The products/services and services you have purchased from My Business: (Technical Service and Support) cannot be returned because they are completed, and the products are immediately active online. If there is a problem or if you are not satisfied with the product or service, the products you purchased will be exchanged for another product of the same price. 

If you want to return a product, the only way would be to follow the next instructions:

  • Since the product is digital, it becomes active immediately.


We are on our own to serve our customers with the best products. Every item you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with the utmost care. We do this to make you love our products and services.

Unfortunately, there are times when we may not have the item(s) you selected in stock or we may encounter some issues with our inventory and quality control. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be candid about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you purchased via online payment (not Cash on Delivery), you will receive a refund after our team approves your request.

We do extensive quality control before processing the ordered item. We take the utmost care while packaging the product. We also make sure that the packaging is good so that the products are not damaged in transit. My Business is not responsible for damage to items during transit or transportation.


In My Business, there is no physical shipping as all services and products are sold online.
